If you've forgotten your password, submit your client code and username and we will send a password reset confirmation email to the address we have on file. The email will contain a link or a one-time-use temporary passphrase that will allow you to verify your identity and enter a new password.
If you've received your passphrase by phone - or if you wish to paste it manually from your email - press "I have already received a passphrase" to reveal the field where you can enter it. Don't forget to also include your client code and username before submitting.
When your passphrase is verified, you'll be presented with two fields to enter and confirm your new password. Your existing password will continue to work until the time you submit a new password, just in case you remember it.
